Who We Serve

Eligibility Plus, Inc. serves a wide range of hospital clients from large to small; from rural to urban. We believe that all hospitals should be able to utilize the professional services of on-site eligibility specialists. The small, rural hospital can gain tremendous benefit form on-site services and we are there to provide those services.

As an on-site eligibility provider, we serve our client’s patients whether uninsured, under insured and fully insured – depending on the product line(s) our client has asked us to provide; we serve patients who need Medicaid/Medi-Cal benefits, or SSI benefits, or County Specific Program benefits; and we serve patients who have questions about their insurance benefits.

From the hospital and the patient, we tangentially serve the patient’s families, the state case workers and the entire community within which the hospital and their patients reside. A hospital with better cash flow; a patient with good healthcare resources; a family whose members are healthy; a case worker who has gotten assistance with a case; all of these gains serve to improve the health of the entire community.
